We do physical exercises while focusing on the cognitive behavior that appears. These are great magnifiers of limiting beliefs, patterns, obstacles, and limitations.

Carefully listening to your inner voice and paying conscious awareness to what this thinking process makes you feel, will show us what creates your results.

So we will be working on your mindset with the body as a tool.
